St. Basil Cathedral always reminds me about Russian tales. Maybe it is because the Cathedral is so colourful. I remember that when I came to Red Square for the first time, I was very impressed by block stones and the domes of St. Basil Cathedral because of their decoration.
On the 9th of May we will celebrate the 67th Anniversary of the Victory over fascism. So the first preparations are now led at the centre of Moscow
This is Nikolskaya tower with the icon of Saint Nikolay Thaumaturgus. This icon was discovered 2 years ago under the layer of plaster. It was hidden from the communists in the early XXth century to keep it from destroy as everything connected with religion was destroyed by bolsheviks. So now we can see the icon returned to its place.
It's all. Wait for the next post. It will be about my today's visit to pets' exhibition. So I don't say good bye
