One of these days I found one pet shop. On its website I read that they had products for pets of very high quality. The shop was situated on Malaya Bronnaya street. That's between Tretyakovskaya and Mayakovskaya subway stations. When I checked the maps to look for a proper way to the shop I found that the shop was situated not far from Patriarshiy pond. Everybody who read "Master and Margareth" by Bulgakov, knows that this mystical novel started from this place. That's why I decided to take my camera with me even though I was just going to the pet shop.
When I came out from subway to the street I understood that I found myself in a Moscow place I liked most of all: old narrow streets and side'streets with their history and which are not still spoilt with high buildings of glass and metal. Unfortunately, the historical part of Moscow is not seen behind modern architecture. So pity... Every house here is a masterpiece. Despite their tatty exterier they saver the charm. Most of all I like their details: these windows, balconies with columnes, sculptures... Walking here, it looked like I sat into the time machine and went to the end if XIX or the beginning of the XXth century. Only modern cards on the both sides of the street reminded me that it was the XXIst century. Huh... People produce so many new cars and technologies every year... Please somebody constructthe time machine at last, eh!
Here on Bolshaya Bronnaya street there was a sinagogue or some Jewish centre but I didn't shoot it. But I made a picture of this monument to shalom aleyhem mot far from the sinagogue.
More of the street...
At last I found the pet shop. It turned out to be very small and with high prices. So I didn't stay for long there and continued my walk. While I kept on walking, it turned darker and all photos became romantic and magical...
This is Patriarshiy pond itself. Now it is still coveredwith ice and snow but soon the weather will become warmer and it will melt.
One more romantic alley
Relief pictures with fables charaxters which seemet to come out from tales.
Then I went on going. I decided to go to subway station as it was late. Though on my way I looked for things to shoot.
It didn't took me much timeto notice an interesting sign.
The sign showed direction to the museum of Michael Bulgakov. It was 9 pm already and I was sure that the museum was closed already but still I decided to turn and look how the museum work everyday. I was surprised to find that the museum was opened.
It´s inside
At the entrance I was met by such wonderful man and he told me that I could go through the museum without paying (it is free of charge) and the museum itself worked till 11 pm. So I decided to look at it inside.
The museum was very interesting. I advise you to visit it too. My walk finished here and it was late when I returned home but I was in very good humor :)
